Lauderdale Harbors

A postcard-perfect waterfront community.

Welcome to Lauderdale Harbors

A postcard-perfect waterfront community
Nestled on the water, Lauderdale is a neighborhood with a quaint and charming atmosphere. It consists of a small portion of Fort Lauderdale’s “main land” and three isles. The community features a diverse mix of housing types, spanning from condos to single-family homes. You’ll find a mixture of 1950’s one-story homes to brand new luxury homes, enabling potential home buyers to find a housing type that best suits them and their needs. Although Lauderdale Harbors has inland properties, the overwhelming majority of the homes are on waterfront lots. Residents can take advantage of direct ocean access at Port Everglades, with no fixed bridges.

There’s nothing quite like having seafood by the sea, and at 15th Street Fisheries, you can experience the best of the best. Located above the docks in the historic Lauderdale Marina, the Fisheries prides themselves on offering fresh seafood and attentive service. For a more casual, yet equally delicious experience, head over to Southport Raw Bar. This waterfront restaurant has made a name for itself as one of the top raw bars, including oysters, clams, and more.

Since its founding in 1938, the yacht club has been a traditional private club run by its members with a focus on a family-friendly environment. Members can enjoy access to tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and dining and social opportunities.
