With a rich history, Rio Vista is one of the oldest communities in Fort Lauderdale. The community has a past dating back to 1925, with numerous historic properties still standing to this day. Located south of the New River, the neighborhood is bounded by U.S. 1 on the west and the Intracoastal Waterway on the east. A stroll around this picturesque neighborhood will reveal estate homes situated on large properties and lush, tropical landscaping. Rio Vista is characterized by its idyllic tree-lined streets, walkable layout, and attractive amenities.
Today, the community has expanded to include over 1,000 homes, ranging from condos to waterfront mansions to luxurious inland homes.
